The Bedford has evolved over the last 40 years with the support of people who value the presence of art in our community. We connect over 30,000 visitors a year with the world of contemporary art through our exhibitions and public programs.

We now need your help to ensure that the visual arts always have a home in Walnut Creek. • serve thousands of children a year with guided school tours and art projects
• provide training and education for our hardworking team of volunteer docents
• offer lectures and workshops that stimulate dialogue about art, while creating social and cultural connections
• cover the costs of printing, marketing, and outreach to bring in audiences

We are introducing a new way to acknowledge our donors – we call it Andy Warhol’s 15 Minutes of Fame at the Bedford. When you donate $100 or more, we place your name on the donor flatscreen located at the gallery reception desk, on view whenever the gallery is open to the public. It’s our ongoing way of saying “Thank You!” for making the Bedford a premier art venue and a visible destination for audiences of all ages.
