Please read the information below before applying to Craft Fest.
Craft Fest is looking for vendors who make locally handcrafted, high quality, and affordable gift items and artisanal foods. We are accepting applications for items in the following categories:
- AFFORDABLE ART
- WOMEN'S CLOTHING
- MEN'S CLOTHING
- KID'S CLOTHING
- PAPER GOODS
- KNIT GOODS
- HOME GOODS
- PET ITEMS
- BATH & BODY
- ARTISANAL FOODS
When and where is the Craft Fest being held?
The Craft Fest will take place two days Saturday & Sunday, November 7 & 8, 2015 from 10am – 4pm at the Bedford Gallery located in the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, CA 94596.
How do I join?
You must fill out the complete application by August 31 and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or mail to Bedford Gallery Attn: Craft Fest 1601 Civic Dr Walnut Creek CA 94596.
In the application, you will be asked to provide a link to a website or image viewing page where we can view your work. We do not accept samples or individual photos of your work to jury. (Please note: notifications of acceptance into Craft Fest will be done by September 18)
How much does it cost to participate in Craft Fest? Table rates are $100 for a 6' by 30" table (total for both days). Participation is for BOTH DAYS, you may not only participate for one of the days, and participants must stay for entire event period. If you are accepted into Craft Fest you will be notified and will have 30 days to submit payment by check or call in with a credit card. Please do NOT send payment with application. You are allowed to share a table with another vendor, but both vendors need to be juried into the Craft Fest. The last day to apply is August 31, 2015.
