Craft Fest has become a tradition for Bay Area shoppers looking to find unique gifts for the whole family.
We are now accepting submissions for the 2013 Craft Fest. Please read the submission guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions for complete instructions.

Please read the information below before applying to Craft Fest.
Craft Fest ios looking for vendors who make locally handcrafted, high quality, and affordable gift items and artisanal foods. We are accepting applications for items in the following categories:
Affordable art • Prints • Plushies • Jewelry • Women's clothing • Men's clothing • Kids' clothing • Paper goods • Knit goods • Home goods • Handbags • Ceramics • Pet items • Bath & body • Accessories • Artisinal foods
All Northern CA makers are welcome to apply.
When and where is Craft Fest being held?
The Craft Fest will take place on Sunday, November 3, 2013, from 11 am - 5 pm at the Bedford Gallery, located in the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, CA.
How do I join?
Early Bird applications are open until June 22, 2013. You must submit the complete application by June 22 in order to be considered for the discounted table (see rates below). In the application, you will be asked to provide a link to a website to view your work. We will not consider samples or individual photos of your work. (Please note: notifications of acceptance will begin June 24.)
How much does it cost to participate in Craft Fest?
We are happy to offer an early bird price break this year for those vendors who apply by June 22.
$50 for Early Birds: If you are accepted into Craft Fest and we receive your application by June 22. you will qualify for the reduced table rate of $50 for a 6' by 30" table space. You are allowed to share a table with another vendor, but both vendors need to be juried into Craft Fest.
$65 for all others: If you are accepted into Craft Fest and we received your application after June 22, you will be juried on a first come first serve basis. If all tables are full you will be put on waiting list. Table rates are $65 for a 6’ by 30” table space. You are allowed to share a table with another vendor, but both vendors need to be juried into the Craft Fest. The last day to apply is August 30, 2013.
